The texture of the grass next to the smooth sky and way Andrew looks like a man in a little boy body is so enigmatic. It should be the cover of a coming-of-age novel. You take such good pictures.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-362932321057027355.post-20141291841932914072008-03-01T16:30:00.000-05:002008-03-01T16:30:00.000-05:00I see your son doesn't have his mother's dislike o...I see your son doesn't have his mother's dislike of public smooching. :) It looks like a great walk. This incidentally, is part of the reason we hate suburbs because they make it so much harder to "get away." But Washington actually does a pretty good job of having little spots of nature scattered in and around the city. Our equivalent of Central Park might feel even more secluded because it's a deep valley. There's a cool island on the Potomac. And we have the Arboretum. I also love that we can get to the Blue Ridge in a couple hours (once we get through all the McMansions). Anyway, glad you found a little spot in Brooklyn!Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08352890482012517149noreply@blogger.com
