I thinned out ...I tried out a new frosting recipe. I thinned out the colored frosting with a little with water to make a "fill", but I left the white frosting pretty thick. I outlined the cookies in white and filled them in with color, then, when I put on the letters and numbers that frosting sunk down into the fill leaving a smooth top.
