Chris and Atticus would LOVE this. They love olives.

This bread looks incredible! But if you ever want to buy some instead of making it, go to Yanni's on 69th and 4th. They're surprisingly generous with the black olives in their "artisan bread" (and it's cheap!).
I'm salivating now.
