Andrew made a friend at the Botanical Gardens.
I let Dave have a turn at the camera.
Belly buttons and dirty knees.
And, Andrew and I made a banner for Sprout. This took us a few days to find a method that worked for both of us. I wanted Andrew to make handprints from paint. So Friday, I made some simple paint and Andrew would have none of it. I really don't understand why my rough and tumble guy is so squeamish about messy hands, but, he is. So Saturday I loaned him some of my good markers and a star stamp and he made me several sheets of decorative paper for me to use.
This weekend I shifted from "I'm still not ready!" to "Okay, okay, I am." I think the shift happened around 2:30 in the morning on Sunday as it took me a few minutes to get my lumpy body out of bed to go to the bathroom. I thought, "And I still want to be pregnant?!?"
So Sprout, bring it on. We are now ready. I think. No, we are. Especially me.

Wow, these pictures really show how big Andrew is getting. He looks like such a little boy now-he's losing his baby features.
