apple fest

While we walked around Apple Fest and passed tents with people selling antiques and booths of people selling food, I had my sights set on apple picking. I told my parents, "Ok guys, I'd like to pick apples. What do you guys want to do?"

My Dad spoke up. "I want to get your mom some ribs."

"Mom, what do you want to do?"

"I want to eat some ribs."

My dad goes to this fair every year so that he can buy my mom ribs. That is what he says he likes about this fair and, I believe him. My mom comes to eat the ribs. But, she also eats the ribs because she knows how much my dad loves buying them for her. And on the cycle goes.

She loves him because he loves her because she loves him and on and on...

and not only that, but my mom gets to eat some good ribs.

and Andrew gets to eat some good apples.

I'm finding myself really jealous of your country vacation. I so long for autumn and rain...but the heat persists out west.

I didn't go yet. Got distracted by the bloodhound puppies at Amy's parents house. The puppies are just slightly bigger than Lilith now (the "cat"/Yorkie that Andrew so admired). They are soooo cute!
