Granddaddy's office

We visited my dad at his work today. He is the Secretary of Transportation for the state of Vermont. It turns out that means he has lots off toy trucks, buses and trains in his office. And a great view of the capital building. And a really nice secretary who is a fellow baker and reads my blog! (Hi Jo!) It was tempting to leave Andrew with the toys and his Granddaddy for the rest of the day. But, alas, we did not.

I know, I know. You're welcome, Dad.

Isn't my dad a natural with babies? He told us he held Isaac like that to avoid the drool bombs.

These pics are great. A cute moment between Andrew and Granddaddy at work. And, I think this looks like your dad has a very good drool bomb avoidance technique - I'm going to have to keep it mind. I hope Dave has internet access so he can see what you guys are up to in Vermont.
