I might have said this before, but I love rainy days. I love hunkering down with my boys. Wrestling on the beds, building forts on the couch, playing Candy Land. And we could do those things on sunny days, and we do, but for some reason it feels different on a rainy day. It feels like that is what rainy days are all about.
I made a cheesecake last week and had a lot of left over cheese filling, so I used some of it in these cheesecake turnovers. yummmmmmm!
Gotta go. It's snack time!

I love rainy days too, but I adore a really heavy snow day! I guess I am a nester at heart. Did you make the pastry dough for the turnovers? They look yummy. I have to slow down on baking, our electric bill has gone up since I retired and Dad is beginning to ask questions.
