This weekend I made a Tinkerbell costume for my niece. It was a lot of fun to make and I love how it turned out! It's official, my sewing machine and I have become one.
first off, this is awesome! i wish i were one with a sewing machine.
and second, i say go for the girl. they are awesome! and we have number three on the way now too. maybe we'll get that masculine child my husband has been dreaming of, and by number three you'd get a girl to be tinkerbell.
The dress is great! you have so much talent! As for #3... I can't wait to see what you decide. I agree that girls are great (jujube will be 7 months on thursday) but I have always been afraid on kids outnumbering the parents. I must watch too much super nanny...
I totally know what you mean, Robyn! Even while feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from my too crazy boys, there is definitely a part of me that would love a little girl, or even to see what other little boy we'd have, since I love these two so much.
Alas, there is no chance of it happening, and it is probably just as well, but I still think about it in between teething and colds. :)
Also, I think I go back and forth EVERY SINGLE DAY about having another one or not. It's not usually earth-shattering, but I find myself in moments where I think" Yes, I'm not done. I still want another one, even if it means I'd have to get pregnant again" and then the next second I think, "NO WAY! How can I even THINK of having another one?!" (-:
Avery DOES LOVE her tinkerbell outfit!!! She is just adorable in it!
Bailey loves her black cat too. I had to ask several times before either girl would take them off for dinner. I didn't want chicken pot pie on them. Yikes! Then Bailey asked if she could at least keep her "head" on during dinner. ;)

The costume is gorgeous, by the way.
This is an amazing costume! And I think I missed something - are you debating a 3rd? You won't regret it!

Avery will LOVE her Tinkerbell dress!! It is luscious!! And she is a real girl-girl! Oh, about #3, have you made that pasta scarf yet?
That is so fabulous! I debate, too, about whether I want anymore kids. Two sometimes seems plenty, in the best kind of way.
