growing up

When I was growing up, my family always said, "Look at Robyn! It's like she's a real person!" And I didn't get it. What did that mean? And now I know. On this day, in early Spring, we went to the play ground with Lucas and Jesse and for the first time you played on the playground. You were not just watching from your stroller anymore. You were climbing and crawling all over the place as if this is what you have always done. And I kept thinking, "It's like he's one of the kids!" And you are, Isaac. You are now one of the big kids. Love you.

I hear you! This keeps happening to me with Enzo. I think, "Enzo, how is it that you are running around and playing with all these big kids? And how did you just tell me about your day when I was at work? And how did you just point out the letter 'C' to me? You're just a baby!" And then I remember that he's NOT!

Hey, Robyn. I was surprised to see your name on the list of classmates for Shimelle's blogging class! I just love your blog and figured it was pretty much perfect, but I suppose as creative spirits we are never satisfied, eh? Always on a quest to improve... See you in class. :o)
