medically endorsed

My doctor said I need more brownies in my diet.
I'm just sticking to my doctor's orders.

Ok. So. That's not entirely true. Brownies never actually came up that last time I saw my doctor. But I'll bet if I pressed her, she would heartily recommend them. Especially if I suggested sharing. These are fantastic and I found the recipe here.

Chocolate is made from the cocoa bean, right? And we all know how important it is to incorporate beans into our diet ;-)
Walnuts are a good source of healthy fat too.
I agree, it is important for us all to have at least one brownie per day!

OK, I don't own a 13x18x1 1/2 inch pan-and I own a lots of pans! A pound of butter!! Wow!! I may just make my white choc. chunk, macadamia nut cookies instead. Although at work a request was made for the choc. cookies w/ chopped oreos and chopped mounds bars. Those are also great for weight gain. But I did print the recipe=) I do love the reference to beans though!!
