weekend
the Train Display at Grand Central Station:
Don't be fooled, the boys did not stand still at all to watch the trains. Weaving in and out of the crowd chasing their favorite trains is more their style.
The Tree at Rockefeller:
Projectionist in Training:
Christmas Lights in Dyker Heights:
A certifiable holiday weekend, I tell you. Wew. I'm pooped.

Yay! We went to South Street Seaport and we discovered something. Nobody is downtown around Christmastime. It was so dead. There weren't even street vendors which really ruined our halal cart dinner plans and has set me way back on Christmas shopping. It was nice not to fight crowds, I guess!
Wow, looks like you had a really busy weekend. We had our 8th annual Mexican Christmas party, Lessons and Carols service, and watched the Charlie Brown special.
I love seeing you in front of the camera with Dave. Cute picture. Plus the back of Isaac's little orange head. I just NEED to ruffle that hair!
We did the train exhibit and Rockefeller last week. My son loved it! But he wasn't like your boys though, he actually preferred staying put waiting for his favorite train to pass (the Red Cross one (?) that stops in front of the mini subway station). Couldn't get him to go all around the exhibit. I'd love to hit Dyker Heights, still haven't been in all these years here.
Looks like you had a fun weekend!
Now I'm totally curious about Erin's Mexican Christmas party. Traditional posadas, or regular party with Mexican stuff thrown in? Honestly curious, I'd love to see how posadas work.
That last picture should be in National Geographic or something- it's gorgeous.
Great looking photos! Love the train display!
Another photographic visual feast!!
I would like to make that last picture into my Christmas cards for next year!!
