soon to be...


A first for me.

The recipe has you knead by folding in thirds and rolling out, then refrigerate. Fold and roll again. I am doing the "quick method" which means only a hour in the fridge the first time, and then 4-24 hours, the second time. Makes me wonder about the "not quick method".

and who thought of all this in the first place?
