Easier the second time



I remember this being hard. Time consuming. Laborious.
But, not this time.

I'm glad I did this again so soon. Or else I would have kept thinking that croissants take forever. And I would have never made them again.
Don't get me wrong. Croissants are not the new scone. But they might be added to the list of regulars. We'll have to see.



Dave and I are still basking in a season of blessing. Not the blessings we've been hoping and praying for. Different ones. But blessings none the less.

Hey, we'll take 'em.
