by Andrew.
Welcome to my room.
This is the quilt that my mom made for me last summer.
This is where my mom and dad read me stories and where I store some toys.
My grandmama made me this when I was born. She rocks with the cross-stitch.
This is the closet where all of my outgrown clothes and toys are stored in case my parents have another baby (and rumor is they will).
This is me on my new bed with my new quilt and my new sheets and pillows. Don't tell Dad, but I am drinking some of his seltzer.
And this is Ernie.
Thanks for coming!

I guess Joseph was just about this same age when he got his "big boy bed" (which he called his teeny tiny bed). Do you tear up every time you look at your baby in a real bed? I still do, sometimes.
I love the rocking chair! I have a rocking chair myself. ;)
That was an awesome tour.
I forgot to mention that my mom knitted the white blanket hanging over the arm of the rocking chair.
Usually when I see Andrew in his bed I think he is so stinking cute that I can't stand it. I also like the new bed better than the crib because I can kiss his cheek when he's sleeping and I couldn't do that when he was in the crib. ;)
What an awesome room! Very nice tour.
Where's Sprout going to lay his little head?
Sprout will shack up with Dave and I in our room until he sleeps through the night. Then he and Andrew will be roomies. ;)
So cute!
This is the cutest room!! And cleanest! How cute is Andrew! Did he ever get his work bench?
I must be sham-negative because I don't think I see one on this bed. Am I right? If I am right, I am sort of wondering why Andrew needs even more pillows :)
Yeah, no sham yet. And I might not do it. I don't think he needs more pillows and I can't decide what size I would do. I have a great idea for one...but...it'll wait.
i love his room! it is a happy room.
