This was suppose to be an Irish Whiskey Apple Cake. But I decided I'd rather have them as cupcakes. And when they are shaped like cupcakes and don't have icing, they look a lot like muffins. Is it wrong to give your preschooler a muffin laced with hard liquor before he leaves for school? Or, on the other hand, is it a really good idea? Perhaps I'll ask his teacher.
Anyway, they are soo good. No icing needed.

Send along some lemon poppyseed muffins for his snack and you'll land him in reform school before you know it :)
Chris would like these. He likes whiskey.
Also- what is the difference between muffins and cupcakes, anyway? They both have sugar, flour, oil, and other stuff. Is there a difference? Is it the amount of each thing?
