Need for Pink
A few weeks ago I was craving pink. It had nothing to do with babies or girls or whatnot. It probably had to do with the giddy anticipation for Valentine's Day. ;) When Kirsten and I were perusing fabric for her MamaBag, I spotted this crazy, pink Amy Butler fabric and bought some. I didn't know at the time what I would do with it and I threatened using it to make Tess a whole new wardrobe. In time, a better idea surfaced.
I decided to give my camera bag a makeover. My camera bag is a Tracy Joy original and I love it (be sure to check her out if you are in the market for a camera bag!), but the top flap had faded and was not meeting my sudden need for pink. So, I replaced the top flap and made a matching camera strap cover (because, my friends, coordination is key).
Then, in a moment of entrepreneurial motivation, I made two more strap covers, which I'm offering to YOU! You can find them in my etsy shop. I have to warn you, though, you will definitely turn heads with such a great camera strap. It could possibly change your life.

Oooooh, pretty!!! Makes me want to buy a camera just so my life will change! Then again, I just moved to Chicago, that's a pretty big change. I got some time. ;)
They're beautiful, Robs-- and do you have brown hair now!? :)
What a great idea to spruce up a camera bag! Love the fabric too - and I imagine there's not a whole lot of pink in your home with all those boys around! ;o)

Looks fabulous - such gorgeous fabric :-)
