Today is lovely and slow and rainy.
Both boys have pink eyes.
But are sleepy and happy and easy to care for.
I think we will stay inside all day.
These days, when spread out, are so good for me.
Promises have been made for a new oven, but until its delivery we are surviving on English Muffins (made on the stove top...which still works) and have explored local bakeries browsing their cookie selections. We just might make it through this one.

Yummy! This might sound funny, but I never thought of making my own English muffins. Yours look amazing!!!

Stacey: hmm...um, medium? I probably should have used a lower heat setting because they didn't cook as evenly as I would have liked. Also, I ended up covering the whole pan with a cookie sheet to keep some of the heat inside.
