We also made these cookies yesterday for teacher's gifts. They are very good so I am happy to give them away (i would eat them all if I didn't!) We had a hard time rolling them. I was wondering how much time do you leave the dough in the fridge before... Thanks for the great recipe!
Cat, this time I left it in the fridge overnight. But an hour should do you. I find that you really have to knead the dough before putting it in the fridge. And then again as you are forming the pretzels. It's all about the kneading. ;)
